Hoy te quiero comentar un dicho que me gusta mucho: da el consejo y se queda sin él. Utilizamos este dicho cuando alguien recomienda o aconseja algo que él mismo no hace. Es decir, no predica con el ejemplo. En otros lugares se usa el dicho Consejos vendo y para mí no tengo.
¿Existe algo así en tu cultura? Me encantaría que me contarás en los comentarios.

He Gives Good Advice but Never Takes His Own

How’s everything going? I hope you’re doing great. I’m happy to be here with you.
Today, I’d like to share a common phrase that I really like: “Da el consejo y se queda sin él” (He gives good advice but never takes his own). We use it to talk about someone who often recommends things they don’t actually do themselves.
In other countries, a similar expression is: “Consejos vendo y para mí no tengo” (I sell advice but have none for myself).
